IMUGA Portal cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the laws and regulations of Maldives respectively. We may disclose any information of the user to government or law enforcement officials as Maldives Immigration, in our sole discretion, deem necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and other legal procedures to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity or with compliance to the laws and regulations of Maldives.
In compliance with Maldives National health Standards, our main objective is collecting traveller health related information in the form of “a self-declarative health declaration” is to instill an online gateway system made available for the travellers to successfully submit their self-declarative health declaration via the use of the IMUGA Portal.
After submitting the health declaration will receive an instant notification with a confirmation code, additionally this information will be sent to the designated email as well.
Maldives Immigration may keep a record of the travellers contact information and correspondence, and may use your IMUGA Portal email address, and any additional information that they would provide to us within their message, in response with any requests, inquiries and even complaints that the traveller may have with regard to the specific services.
